Think you know what makes a champion cholent? Put it up against some well- seasoned competition!
Whether you think cholent is only good on a freezing winter Shabbat or is a year-round delight, we want to taste it and judge for ourselves. The Annual Bayit Cholent Cookoff is looking for talented home cooks from all backgrounds to prepare and serve your favorite recipe. This year will feature two sets of winners as entries will be judged both by a panel of past winners and by the hungry public -- let’s see if ordinary eaters agree with the experts on what makes a cholent worth celebrating!
