Matanya Mobile Surveillance System

When the surveillance systems on the northern border of Israel were taken down by Hezbollah, our
soldiers were left without "eyes and ears" on the ground.  Almost overnight, this portable surveillance
system was invented. It is the brainchild of Technion trained scientists who were serving in the north at the time and saw the tremendous need for such a unit. Each unit costs $16,000; our hope is to raise this amount and dedicate a full unit from our community. The surveillance system is dedicated to the memory of Matanya Elster z"l, killed by Hezbollah on Oct. 12, 2023.
